owns Gerards Bakery. The Cooperative was formed as
an alternative investment choice for its members in agri-business
that provides higher returns than production agriculture.
The Cooperative seeks to enhance the quality and safety
of Gerards Bakery products through supply of special
wheat varieties for milling into flour used by Gerards.
Gerards sells unique breads and rolls to restaurant
chains and food service sections of grocery and convenience
store chains.
